Had a great time in the area, the hotel itself was stunning with its island vibes. the staff was super nice and even gave us a wake-up call service and free laundry, can you believe it? 🌴

The hotel was reasonably large with an amazing location near to lovely beach as well as the best restaurants and resort. The pool was very clean and I had cool drinks in the swim-up bar. The facilities were EXCELLENT and easy to use.

Shuttle to the center was good, beach was clean and beautiful and near, friendly staff
Elevator not working, construction ongoing (was quiet, but not pleasant to look at), slow (/no) answer to email when booking, room was invoiced when booking, no high chair in restaurant

The location here is fantastic, close to the restaurant where we enjoyed a snack, and the double room we booked had an incredibly comfortable bed.

Staff were very helpful. Hotels beach is nice but nothing compared to the white beach.
Hotel is badly run down. Don't stay here. Lots of construction about to take place diggers and workmen moving around. No Internet access. Poor place to stay. Boracay is lovely though, stay somewhere else.

Hotel manager Jocelyn's handling of our early check out. It was possible to negotiate about cancellation policy.
This is a construction site, not resort. After hearing the sympony of heavy construction machines till late first night we found another hotel in Boracay. It named The Strand. For less price than in Sol Marina we got living room, sleeping room and verandah, running hot water, excellent wifi, nice pool and kitchen serving great breakfasts and dinner. Way to the beach no longer than that in Sol Marina, but without builders. I think owners of Sol Marina should close resort and force the building works, instead of getting lot of bad reviews. Or maybe they'll change resort name again when renovations will be completed?

The restaurant was amazing with different cuisine, I tried fresh dishes. The location was marvellous and brilliant, at a walking distance from Banyugan Beach.

The personel
Tte hotel is under heavy construction to be finalized in 2014. It is very noisy due to construction workers, and it feels like you are living practically in a construction yard. This takes up all the view from your room. It will be very nice when it is ready, but until then you better spend your money elsewhere if they dont reduce their steep prices

The hotel rank must not be more then one or 2 (two) stars,no elevater working, very poor water coming from faucets, not comfortable ,,no wifi working .they must charge half the rate, also I have a big complain that they charged us more then what we reserved with you by 30 (thirty)percent more, they didnot give us even a bill ,they are deceiving and not honest,i will sue them and you by court. And also I will give complain for that. And if I dont have a fast answer about that I will take action soonest.

Sensational accommodation with fantastic setting very close to the main tourist area of Boracay which is a must do and all three restaurants. Neat, beautifully maintained room with a view. Efficient check in & the service was excellent.
